Movisie processes your personal data when you use our services and/or when you have submitted such data to us.

Our website and services do not intend to collect data on website visitors under the age of 16, unless with the permission of their parents or guardian. However we are unable to check whether a visitor is over 16 years old. We advise parents to remain involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data being collected on children without parental consent. How long do we save personal data
Movisie will keep your personal data for a maximum period of 7 years and never longer than is strictly needed to realise the objectives that your personal data were collected for.

Movisie will not sell your data to third parties and will only supply them when necessary to realise the delivery of our agreement with you or to comply with legal obligations. We will conclude data processing agreements with companies that use your data on our behalf, to ensure a similar level of safety and confidentiality of your data. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but always within four weeks.
We would also like to point out the possibility of launching a complaint with the national supervisor, the Dutch DPA.
