Manual of the Centre for Social Adaption for Women in Kiev (Ukraine)
The Eight Steps Model for social support of homeless aimed at their reintegration into the society is developed by the Netherlands Institute of Care and Welfare (NIZW) through comparing and streamlining the available national methodologies to support homeless citizens. During the years 2002 untill 2005 the method has been implemented in an organisation for the homeless in Kiev, Ukraine. Their manual has been published to inspire other homeless organisations in Europe.
